"Is it a bear or a dog?" That's what people would ask when they saw Teddy. Teddy was another foster that found his permanent home quickly. No wonder, because he is a beautiful golden retriever & chow mix. He came to us with his fur in mats and patiently let us brush him. He was a real love with a passion for cats.
